Planning your trip
Please request transportation at least three days in advance when possible. Every request is reviewed for availability and is not booked until our team confirms it.
Payment and cancellation
Private-pay trips must be paid before the service date. Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund; later cancellations receive a 50% refund, subject to confirmation.
